Exuma
Cays Tours
This is our signature tour and participants
venture through the hundreds of islands, cays and
rocks,
inlets and breath taking beaches viewing secluded
homes of the rich and famous stopping at some of
our secrete points of interest such as the Double
Blue Hole, the blue coral head snorkel reef and the
hidden “pirates” cave with its fresh
water dripping rock. This tour starts out from Stuart
Manor, the most westerly point of Great Exuma and
continues on to Lee Stocking Island where a marine
research center is located known as the Perry Institute
continuing on up the chain past Bock Cay. At Bock
Cay there is a development on going that will offer
exclusive vacation homes complete with a 18 hole
golf course. Just to the west and south there can
be found a huge sand bar that is out of this world!
The sand bar runs for about half of a mile and is
narrow offering a chance to find and collect
sand dollars that wash up on the high tide. This
one of a kind and unique sand bar is a favorite for
visitors to take Christmas card photos to give away
to friends and family because the sand looks just
like snow!! Lunch can be purchased at any one of
the many local island restaurants such as Farmers
Cay, Black Point, Staniel Cay, Sampson Cay and Compass
Cay where one can swim with the sharks! These sharks
are nurse sharks and are completely safe to be with,
they are accompanied by many a variety of other Caribbean
reef fish such as Bone fish, French Grunt and Bar
Jacks, you will have an opportunity of a life time
to feed these ancient gentle creatures and take photos.
This adventure engulfs so much outdoor activities
that one must come and join us to truly understand
the knowledge of the eco systems and how intricate
these systems are. On the return to Great Exuma there
will be stops at the world famous Grotto underwater
cave that was made famous by Sean Connery in the
James Bond movie “Thunderball”, also
stops can be made at the swimming pigs and Iguana
Island a favorite for the kids. Please note the captain
may alter the tour depending on weather tide and
sea conditions. This is an all day tour departing
at 9:00 am and returning at 5:00 pm.
All fishing
chaters include soft drinks, all tackle and gear
and an
